1. How are your products sold?

Premier is sold as a single user system or on a Per User Basis. Annual support, training, conversion and customizations are additional options to the license fees.

2. How can I get a demo of Premier EAP Software?

We will be excited to set up a GoToMeeting demo of Premier. Your staff can all be in one room or you can be at your individual workstations.

3. Will you convert my data over from my existing system?

Yes, we can convert your data from any existing system including EAP 20/20 to Premier. The fee for conversion of data is based on the data elements you want converted. We could then provide you with a fixed cost.

4. How long does it take to install the software and get up and running?

If you are setting up Premier with no conversion or customizations, you can be up and running within two weeks after purchase. The time frame mainly depends upon your IT support and ability to setup the SQL database and where the Application will reside.

If you have conversion of data, it may take 8 – 12 weeks depending upon your time to discuss the conversion, test the converted data and be ready for training and go-live.
