Some EAP customers may have unique requirements in the way they provide their EAP services and request Harting EAP to add new functionality to the application. In most cases, this occurs with Internal EAPs (Corporations, Government entities, Universities, etc.). Harting EAP enters into detailed discussions with the customer and conducts a detailed requirements analysis to ensure it understands what is to be provided and then submits a fixed price quote to develop the new functionality. Harting EAP has the capability within Premier to make that functionality available only to that customer.
In some cases, Harting EAP will determine that this new functionality is something that EAPs can benefit from and will make it part of the standard product and will implement it and include it in the next upgrade release.
